I offer Psychotherapy and Immigration Psychological Evaluation services online in California (CA). I also offer Creative Coaching services worldwide. Services are primarily tailored to creative people, artisans, freelancers, and solopreneurs. I provide my services as a licensed professional in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. However, accessing this Website or using any of its features does not establish a therapist-client relationship unless explicitly agreed upon through signed documentation.

2. Eligibility and Professional Disclaimer

To use my services, you must understand that the content on my website is for informational and educational purposes only. 3. Appointments and Secure Contact

• Scheduling and Clinical Contact: For Psychotherapy and Immigration Psychological Evaluation services, scheduling cannot be completed via the Website’s online button. To protect your confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations, you must contact me directly by texting or calling 916-200-9592. Email is reserved for general or coaching inquiries only.
• Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee, as outlined in your clinical services agreement.

4. Payment and Fees

• Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of service or as agreed upon in advance. I accept credit cards, electronic transfers, and other payment methods outlined during the booking process.
• Refund Policy: Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. Any prepaid services canceled with proper 48-hour notice will be refunded within 10 business days minus 5% transaction fee.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of this Website is subject to my Privacy Policy, which outlines my strict procedures for collecting, using, and protecting your personal information, including my commitment to HIPAA and CCPA compliance. By using my Website, you consent to my Privacy Policy.
